Job Requirements: Phone experience, Excellent Customer Service skills, General computer knowledge. 
A background check is required. Must be reliable and work well with others.

Job Description: Answering incoming calls. Make outbound calls to emergency services. Delivering messages to customers via E-mail or call transfer. Light office work including: data entry, sorting, filing, faxing, and copying paperwork.
